Thapelo Molefe is a Specialist in Telecommunications and Engineering Technologist with extensive experience in deploying and managing Fixed Wireless Networks. Currently employed at Openserve since 2011, Thapelo focuses on process improvement, project management, and technology implementation. They have previously worked as a Technical Officer at Telkom, where they provided technical support and drove broadband solutions. Thapelo is also pursuing an Advanced Diploma in Management Development from the University of Cape Town, further enhancing their expertise in the field.
