Jose Roca

Jose Roca is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and engineering. Currently a Co-Founder at OpenShield since December 2024, Jose previously held significant roles at Prezi from January 2013 to January 2025, including VP of Product & Engineering and VP of Products, where notable achievements included enhancing product analysis processes and developing a personalized user experience. On the engineering side, leadership positions included Director of Product Management, where a new observability platform was created, and Director of Engineering, focusing on organizational growth. Early career experiences span roles at the U.S. Department of State, Nexvel Consulting, and Claro Puerto Rico, culminating in a BBA in Computer Information Systems from Universidad del Este between 2006 and 2008.
