Hunter MacDonald

Hunter Macdonald has a diverse work experience that spans over several companies. Hunter worked at Opensignal as the CEO from September 2011 to December 2021, where they focused on crowdsourcing wireless quality of experience information. Hunter also served as the President of Emerging Business at Opensignal from December 2021. Additionally, Hunter Macdonald was a member of the ICT Advisory Group at Global Affairs Canada | Affaires mondiales Canada from January 2017 to December 2021. Prior to that, they worked at NB Power as an Engineering Intern from 2005 to 2010, where they gained extensive project management and engineering skills.

Hunter Macdonald obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from McGill University from 2005 to 2010. Afterward, they pursued a Masters of Applied Science degree in Network Security, Data Mining, and Mobile App Development at the University of Victoria from 2010 to 2012.
