Jake T.

Jake T.'s work experience begins with their current role as Vice President of Product Management at Opensignal, a company that provides network experience and market performance measurement capabilities to the telecommunications industry. In this role, they lead the product team for the Market Performance business unit, delivering data products and solutions that offer insights into the subscriber performance of telecommunications service providers.

Before joining Opensignal, Jake worked at Amazon as part of the Smart Home Product Marketing team. Jake was responsible for all aspects of product marketing, including opportunity sizing, feature definition, messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy for multiple smart home product and service lines.

Prior to Amazon, Jake held various roles at Comcast. As Senior Director of Competitive Strategy & Intelligence, they led a team that transformed competitive intelligence insights into winning go-to-market strategies. Jake also served as Director of Product Strategy & Analytics, where they provided analytical insights for product and marketing decision-making and defined product strategy and roadmap.

Before Comcast, Jake worked at Icontrol Networks, a white-label smart home and monitored home security technology provider. Jake wore multiple hats in sales, business development, product marketing, and accounts, supporting the delivery of solutions to telecommunications company customers. The company was later acquired by Comcast.

Jake's career started at PwC, where they worked as a Management Consultant. Jake served in various project and program management capacities, supporting clients through organizational changes and high-visibility initiatives. During this time, they acquired and maintained PMP certification.

Jake T. has a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Sciences and Technology, with a focus in Supply Chain & IS, from Penn State University. Jake received their degree with High Distinction. In addition, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in August 2010.
