Lisette Labbé

Lisette Labbé is a Human Resources professional with extensive experience in HR and Corporate Operations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Invicro since November 2021, Lisette acts as a liaison between HR and various departments including Recruiting, QA, IT, Legal, Finance, and Corporate Operations. Previously, as a People Operations Generalist at Tripleseat, Lisette implemented key HR initiatives such as a Learning Management System and an Applicant Tracking System while spearheading Inclusion, Diversity & Equity initiatives. At Humatics, Lisette transitioned payroll and benefits management from a PEO model to an in-house HR department. Lisette holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Saint Anselm College.
