Harry McGuire

Harry McGuire has a diverse work experience in various industries. Harry started their career in 2015 at Origin Energy, where they worked as a Project Coordinator and later as a Service Delivery Analyst. In these roles, they gained experience in service delivery and infrastructure management, leading successful projects that resulted in cost savings for the company.

In 2016, Harry joined PwC as a Risk Assurance Consultant. Harry worked on internal and external audit and consulting projects, providing valuable assurance and enhancing their knowledge of different industries. Harry also worked briefly at BOQ Specialist as an IT Business Analyst and Risk and Audit Coordinator, focusing on process and reporting enhancements and coordinating strategic projects.

From 2017 to 2018, Harry worked at UNSW as a Co-op Ambassador and a Tutor for Digital Transformation in Business. In these roles, they shared their expertise in technology and its impact on business and society with students completing commerce and Information Systems degrees.

Harry then joined McKinsey & Company in 2018 as a Digital Business Analyst and later as a Digital Associate. Harry worked on a wide range of projects, including digital and customer strategy, technology strategy, and agile transformations. In 2021, they transitioned to McKinsey.org and then to Delterra, where they continued their role as a Product Manager and Indonesia Country Lead, focusing on developing community-led solutions to the global waste crisis.

Currently, Harry is working as a Senior Product Manager at OpenSolar, the world's first free solar design and sales application. Harry is responsible for constantly improving the product offering and launching new services.

Overall, Harry has developed a strong background in product management, technology strategy, risk assurance, and project coordination, with a focus on delivering value and driving lasting transformation in the organizations they have worked with.
