We’re a founder-led recruitment partner that does things differently.

OpenSource was built by people who’ve sat on both sides of the hiring table — George, a former software developer, and Harry, a seasoned recruiter with a decade of experience scaling teams for VC-backed startups and high-growth scale-ups.

Our approach
• We embed seamlessly and scale with your team
• Every candidate is technically screened by us
• Stronger hires in less time

Ways to partner
• Contingent – Pay only when you hire
• Retained – Dedicated support with upfront commitment
• RPO – Fully embedded for high-volume, strategic hiring

We specialise in hiring across the full product and engineering lifecycle — including backend, frontend, DevOps, data, AI, and leadership roles.
