Chris Byrd

Chris Byrd is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in various roles and companies. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at OpenSpace since August 2022, Chris previously held the title of Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer/Machine Learning Engineer at NorthPage from July 2015 to August 2022, where responsibilities included end-to-end design and implementation of a cloud-based AI platform. Prior to that, Chris worked at Hewlett-Packard from 2007 to 2015, contributing as a Product Architect for both HP Diagnostics and HP TransactionVision, focusing on application performance management solutions. Chris's career began at Bristol Technology Inc., where a tenure from 1997 to 2007 involved significant contributions as a Principal Software Engineer across various products. Chris holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, earned in 1997.
