Shuquan Huang

Shuquan Huang is currently the Vice President of AI & Hybrid Cloud Group at 99Cloud Inc., where they drive cloud business growth and strategic initiatives. They previously served as Technical Director, establishing Agile development practices and leading engineering teams in the design of OpenStack-based solutions. As Director of Business Development and Director of Solution Architecture, they expanded market reach and managed customer engagements. Shuquan is also a Board Member for the OpenInfra Foundation and a member of the StarlingX Technical Steering Committee, providing oversight on technical matters. They hold a Master’s in Computer Software Engineering, a Bachelor’s in Engineering, and a B.A. in Administration from Nanjing University.
