Beth Cassidy has a strong background in finance and auditing. Beth started their career as an Audit Associate at Grant Thornton in 2007 and later joined Rice University as a Research Accountant in 2010. In 2011, Beth worked at Blazek & Vetterling as an Auditor and was promoted to the role of Senior Auditor in 2012. Since 2013, they have been serving as the Director of Finance and Operations at OpenStax, Rice University.
Beth Cassidy pursued their education at the University of Houston, where they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from 2004 to 2006. Subsequently, they continued their academic journey at the same university and obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Accountancy, specializing in Accounting, from 2006 to 2007.
