Greg Fitch is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and system analysis. Currently a Quality Assurance Automation Engineer at OpenStax since June 2018, Greg has also served as a Quality Assurance Analyst at OpenStax, ensuring rigorous software testing and support, particularly for the OpenStax Tutor team. Previous roles include System Analyst at the Texas State Office of Administrative Hearings, where responsibilities encompassed system management and user support, and Network Administrator for the Texas Democratic Party, managing IT infrastructure and budget. Educationally, Greg holds a B.A. in Government/Political Science with a minor in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin.
