Margot James

Margot James currently serves as the Paid Search Lead at OpenStore, a position held since March 2023. Prior to this role, Margot worked at Grove Collaborative, Inc. for almost five years, initially as a Growth Marketing Manager and later as a Sr. Growth Marketing Manager, focusing on building channels and scoping paid growth opportunities for sustainable home products. Margot's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Account Manager at 3Q Digital, where responsibilities included managing various advertising campaigns for multiple clients, and as a Retail Search Manager at CPC Strategy, supporting clients across marketing platforms. Additionally, Margot served as an Academic Tutor at San Diego State University, assisting student-athletes in business and marketing courses. Margot holds a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications from San Diego State University and has also studied at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
