Eric Yeoh

Eric Yeoh is an experienced IT professional specializing in Linux and Open Source technologies. Currently serving as a Linux Subject Matter Expert in the Global Data Centre Infrastructure team at a Swiss company since September 2019, Eric focuses on design, security, automation with Ansible, and deployment to meet global IT needs. Since February 2009, Eric has been an Ambassador for the openSUSE Project, promoting free and open-source software. Previous roles include Environments Manager at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence, where expertise in server platforms and Big Data analytics was applied, and Services Manager at Abyres, leading technical services for an enterprise open-source software provider. Eric has also held positions at Novell Malaysia, OSCC MAMPU, Gen-X Technologies, and CSC, along with academic qualifications in Computer Science and Computer Engineering.
