Werner Seibert

Werner Seibert has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Starting in 2003, they worked at Dell as a Technical Analyst, focusing on IT process mapping and receiving three Bronze Awards for their exceptional performance. Werner then moved on to become an IT Business Systems Analyst, where they coordinated regional and UAT testing and attained a Yellow Belt in Business Process Improvement, earning a Bronze Award. Subsequently, they were promoted to Senior Advisor of Systems Integration, leading global projects in EMS, Data Encryption, Patch Management, and more. In 2012, Werner joined HCL Technologies as the LATAM Infra-Operations Head of Service Delivery, overseeing all aspects of IT infrastructure operations and guiding cross-functional teams. In 2019, they transitioned to OpenSymmetry as a Solutions Manager, managing teams and supporting Fortune 500 companies in Sales Performance Management. Most recently, Werner worked at Dell Technologies as a Senior Manager, responsible for managing teams supporting Public and Private Clouds, Platform as a Service, and driving the implementation of a capacity utilization tool.

Werner Seibert obtained a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from ULBRA in the years 2000 to 2004. In 2005 to 2007, they pursued an MBA degree in Enterprise Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. In 2013, they attended Escola Livre and completed a Coach Leader program in Neuro Linguistic Programing. Werner also obtained a Practitioner certification in Classic Neuro Linguistic Program from Escola Livre in the same year. Additionally, in June 2013, they received a certification in the "Sharpen the Saw - Service Delivery Manager Training Program" from HCL.
