Amanda Botelho

Amanda Botelho is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the restaurant and hospitality industries. Currently serving as the Director of Hospitality at OpenTable since October 2022, Amanda oversees national restaurant hospitality programming and events, enhancing brand awareness and relationship building. Prior to this role, Amanda held various positions at OpenTable, including Marketing Director for Restaurant Industry Relations, where responsibilities included managing over 75 annual culinary and industry events in the US and Canada. Amanda also directed events and private dining at Quince Restaurant and has a background in client relations, production management, and communications within the hospitality sector. Amanda holds a B.A. in Business/Economics from UCLA and has participated in a Semester at Sea program through the University of Pittsburgh.
