Des O'Brien

Des O'Brien is an experienced professional in account management and customer engagement, currently serving as the Manager of the Accounts Team for North America at OpenTable since March 2021. In this role, O'Brien leads a team to enhance customer success frameworks and product adoption. Previous experience includes positions at OpenTable as a Supervisor and Senior Bilingual Account Manager, where O'Brien managed a diverse portfolio of restaurant partners in both Spanish and English. Prior experience also encompasses a role at Accelo as a Sales Development Representative, and earlier positions in restaurant operations and community organizing.
