Robin Chiang also held the role of Vice President at OpenTable, overseeing organic and M&A growth in growth segments and international markets. Additionally, they have worked as an investor and non-executive director at companies like Hip Pop, Cirrus Systems, Inc., Suiteness, Allume Energy, pebblar, BOOM FinTech Limited, and Roc Investments Asia. They have provided advisory and strategic support to companies like Porter & Sail and KAYAK, where they held various positions such as General Manager - EMEA and Head of Commercial for international markets. Robin Chiang has extensive experience in building and leading high-performing teams in the travel technology space.

Robin Chiang completed an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business from 2015 to 2017. Later, from 2019 to 2021, they pursued a Master of Behavioural Science in Behavioral Sciences at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). In 1998, they began their undergraduate studies at the University of Melbourne, completing both a Bachelor's degree in Law and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, which concluded in 2003.
