Tarn Stem is a hospitality professional with over 25 years of experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as a Senior Restaurant Services Manager for OpenTable since May 2006. This role involves managing accounts and providing support to restaurants in New England. Previously, Tarn held positions as a Flex Conversion Specialist, where responsibilities included upgrading and training restaurants on new versions of OpenTable, and as a Field Operations Specialist, installing systems and training over 650 restaurants across the US and Canada. Earlier experiences include animal rehabilitation in Bolivia and restaurant management at The Cadillac Grille.
