Tarn Stem

Tarn Stem is a hospitality professional with over 25 years of experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as a Senior Restaurant Services Manager for OpenTable since May 2006. This role involves managing accounts and providing support to restaurants in New England. Previously, Tarn held positions as a Flex Conversion Specialist, where responsibilities included upgrading and training restaurants on new versions of OpenTable, and as a Field Operations Specialist, installing systems and training over 650 restaurants across the US and Canada. Earlier experiences include animal rehabilitation in Bolivia and restaurant management at The Cadillac Grille. Tarn holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Biology and Philosophy from Tufts University, completed additional studies at Monash University and the University of Tasmania.
