Thomas Simone

Thomas Simone has extensive experience in the hospitality and restaurant management sectors, currently serving as a Senior Account Manager at OpenTable since October 2014. In this role, Thomas manages a portfolio of high-volume restaurants in the New York Tri-State area, building strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. Previously, Thomas held various managerial positions in notable establishments, including General Manager at Supernova Lounge and Fireside Restaurant, as well as other prominent venues. Thomas earned a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology from LIU Post and has a background in client service and operations, with expertise in software and hardware integration for restaurant operations.
