Tim Domelow has over 19 years of extensive experience in the hospitality sector, currently serving as the Senior Restaurant Relations Manager for OpenTable in the Enterprise APAC region since January 2012. In this role, responsibilities include managing key accounts, overseeing international distributor relationships, and leading business development teams. Tim's expertise encompasses direct client software implementation and training, as well as strategic contract negotiations with prominent hospitality operators, including Michelin Star restaurants and global luxury hotel groups. Prior to joining OpenTable, roles included Hotel Manager at Central Group, where Tim managed operational and financial performance, and various positions at AccorHotels, ranging from Food & Beverage Manager to Hotel Manager, emphasizing financial management and public relations within the community. Tim's diverse background also includes culinary management and revenue management, establishing a comprehensive understanding of the industry.
