Zoe Cross

Zoe Cross has extensive experience in human resources and people operations, currently serving as People Operations Lead for EMEA at OpenTable since March 2022, after previously holding the role of People Operations Specialist. Prior to OpenTable, Zoe worked as a Senior Human Resources Administrator at Amwins Global Risks and as a Recruitment and Learning Coordinator at Sionic and Catalyst financial services specialists. Earlier roles include Consultant positions at TPP Recruitment, specializing in the Charity and Not-for-Profit sector, and Morgan Hunt as a Consultant - SEN Specialist, where responsibilities included candidate screening, interviews, and compliance. Zoe Cross holds a degree from the University of Greenwich, completed in 2015.
