Andreas Roos is an experienced professional in project development and system integration, currently serving as Optimize Manager and previously as RUN Services Manager at OpenText since December 2010. Prior to this, Andreas held various Technical Consultant roles at StreamServe, Inc. from May 2006 to December 2010, focusing on the StreamServe suite software across different regions including the United States, UK, Ireland, and Sweden. Earlier experience includes a role as a Helpdesk Support Agent at IBM Global Services in Dublin, Ireland. Andreas holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and Cognitive Science from Lund University and has additional educational experiences from the University of Tasmania and International House in Barcelona.
