Andrew Fraser

Andrew Fraser, CPA, CMA, is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Finance at OpenText since September 2019, following a role as Sr. Director of Financial Planning and Analysis. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Finance/CFO at Cervelo Cycles and multiple leadership positions at Campbell Company of Canada from 2004 to 2017, including Vice President of Finance and Director of Financial Planning & Reporting. Earlier in his career, Andrew held senior finance roles at Canada Life and Mr. Submarine Ltd, and worked as an Operations and Control Analyst at George Weston Limited. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster University, earned between 1992 and 1996.
