Brianne Procter

Brianne Procter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business systems analysis and variable compensation management. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Business Systems Analysis/Data & Performance Analytics at OpenText since August 2011, Brianne is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of technical aspects related to commission and incentive systems, alongside conducting executive level reporting and analysis to drive business performance. Previous roles at OpenText include Manager, Business Systems, and Senior Technical Analyst, focusing on variable compensation across various lines of business. Prior to OpenText, Brianne worked as a Benefits Specialist at Research In Motion, managing comprehensive employee benefit programs, and held human resources positions at Paris Southern Lights and Correctional Service of Canada, advising on HR policies and providing support in various HR functions. Brianne holds an Honours BBA in Human Resources from Brock University.
