Christopher Thompson

Christopher Thompson has a diverse background in technology and IT management, beginning with early roles in helpdesk support at Emerson Electric Canada and Agile Systems. Thompson advanced to network management at Xenos Group Inc. and subsequently held critical positions at OpenText, including IT Manager and Senior Manager for IT Integrations and Operations. In February 2010, Thompson served as Director of IT at Actuate Corporation, overseeing network and server maintenance for Canadian operations. Currently, as Director of Technology Architecture at OpenText, Thompson leads the architecture program and the integration of backend IT systems following acquisitions. Thompson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Wilfrid Laurier University, completed in 2001.
