Dan Smith

Dan Smith is an accomplished sales executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various technology and life sciences companies. Currently serving as VP of Sales US at OpenText since June 2020, Dan focuses on enabling intelligent and secure organizations through cloud-native solutions. Prior to this, Dan held multiple positions at Dassault Systèmes, including VP Sales for the Life Sciences Industry, where innovation in virtual 3D designs was emphasized. Dan's earlier tenure includes significant roles at PTC, managing regional and global accounts, as well as positions at Boston Scientific and Pitney Bowes. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics from SUNY Oneonta.
