They transitioned into sales after several years as a technology consultant, ultimately leading the Sales Engineering organization at a startup as it expanded significantly. Over two decades, Dave earned multiple awards for top performance at renowned software companies, fueling a passion for coaching and building high-performing sales teams. Currently, they serve as the National Sales Director for U.S. Financial Services at OpenText, focusing on cybersecurity solutions.
