David Pipe is the Contracts Director at Open Text, where they have worked since 2015, leveraging over 25 years of experience in commercial, contracts, and legal roles, particularly in the software, defense, and telecom industries. With 15 years at the Director level, they are recognized as a strong negotiator and result-focused deal maker who possesses excellent legal, commercial expertise, and people management skills. David previously held the position of Director of Law and Contracts EMEA at Nortel Networks from 1999 to 2014. They are currently pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies at Anglia Ruskin University, having achieved a pass with distinction.
