Debra Boruff

Debra (Debbie) Boruff is an experienced program and project manager with a diverse background in information technology and customer service. Currently serving as a Program Manager at OpenText since January 2022, Debra has previously held positions at various organizations including Flowbird America, IndyGo, and Vision Solutions, Inc., where responsibilities included managing complex client projects and fostering strong customer relationships. With a degree in Project Management from IUPUI and a foundation in administrative support from roles such as District Administrator/Office Manager at Sun Microsystems, Debra combines technical expertise with effective communication and operational coordination skills. Additionally, Debra’s experience in the U.S. Army and Army National Guard as a Morse Interceptor showcases a strong commitment to discipline and teamwork.
