Desiree Watson has extensive experience in customer success and management, currently serving as Lead Cloud Service Manager at OpenText since June 2023. Prior to this role, Desiree dedicated nearly 14 years at CommerceHub, progressing through various positions from Customer Support Representative to Senior Customer Success Manager.
