Dirk Schaper

Dirk Schaper is a seasoned Solution Architect with extensive experience in IT Service Level Management and ITIL process consulting. Currently employed at OpenText since January 2023, Dirk previously held a similar position at Micro Focus from September 2017 to January 2023, where responsibilities included the conceptualization, design, implementation, and integration of complex Service Level Management solutions using HP Service Manager and HP Service Desk. Dirk also provided consultancy to large clients in ITSM processes and architecture blueprints. Prior to Micro Focus, Dirk worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Solution Architect from July 1999 to September 2017. Dirk holds a Diplom degree in Informatik from the University of Stuttgart, obtained between 1991 and 1999.
