Dror Saaroni is the Director of Engineering at OpenText, currently leading the worldwide Functional Testing R&D organization. With extensive experience in building and managing global development teams, they have a strong track record of delivering market-leading enterprise-grade products. Previously, Dror held various roles at Micro Focus and HP Software, where they successfully established development groups and facilitated agile product development across multiple technologies. They earned a BSc in Computer Science and an MBA from Bar-Ilan University.
