Ed has a proven track record in leadership, project coordination, and process development across multiple industries, including banking, power and energy, and software. Currently, Ed serves as Director of Security at OpenText, overseeing information security governance and compliance with ISO 27001. Past experiences include significant roles at Eaton, National City Bank, and First Solar, where Ed was involved in IT service management and incident resolution processes. Ed holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Toledo.
