Fred Miller

Fred Miller is a seasoned technical professional with extensive experience in providing in-depth technical analysis and support for OpenText software solutions. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Analyst on the Extended ECM Team at OpenText since October 2017, Fred is adept at troubleshooting issues related to the integration of OpenText products with partner software, including Salesforce and SAP Solutions. Prior roles include managing server operations at Sun Life Financial, instructing post-graduate students in IT management at Conestoga College, and serving as a Systems Analyst at IBM Canada Ltd. Fred holds a Bachelor of Mathematics in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Waterloo.
