Gregory Lam is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in enhancing automation, accuracy, and efficiency in the software industry. Currently serving as the Director of Global 3rd Party Technology and R&D at OpenText since May 2011, Gregory has significantly contributed to managing contractual relationships and financial data with third-party technology vendors. Prior roles include Co-Founder and Director of Online Strategy at East Coast Connected, where an online community hub for Atlantic Canadian expatriates was developed, and Technology Officer at O'Neill Real Estate Limited, focusing on online marketing strategies. With a strong foundation in digital media solutions from Bell Web Solutions, Gregory has led major projects, including Canada's largest retail digital signage deployment, and has a history of innovation recognized by multiple awards and patents. An alumnus of McMaster University, Gregory holds a B.Eng and Management degree in Computer Engineering and Management.
