Jaclyn Schaefer

Jaclyn Schaefer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in performance development, account management, and customer success. Currently serving as a Performance Development Manager with OpenText since October 2018, Jaclyn has held roles including Senior Performance Development Specialist and Account Development Executive focused on EnCase. Prior experience includes a position as a Customer Success Guru at Shopify and a Learning Solutions Consultant at Nelson Education, where Jaclyn sold educational content to university and college professors across Ontario while demonstrating strong planning and territory analysis skills. Educational qualifications include an Honours BA in International Studies and Modern Languages from the University of Ottawa, a Certificate in Teachers and Trainers of Adults from Algonquin College, a Professional Development Certificate in Project Management & Leadership from the University of Waterloo, and a semester abroad at Sciences Po in International Relations and Foreign Policy.
