James Miley has over two decades of experience in managed services and data transformation, currently serving as Manager of Cloud Applications Consulting at OpenText since January 2017. In this role, James leads a team that provides technical analysis, solution development, and mapping for managed services clients. Prior to this, James held positions at GXS Inc. and Inovis Inc. as Team Lead, where the focus was on client service and data transformation tasks, involving extensive communication and technical skills. James also gained foundational experience as a QA Software Engineer at Harbinger Inc., contributing to data transformation products, and as an Education Services Software Trainer, delivering training on data transformation applications. James holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Texas at Austin.
