Jennifer Robb has a diverse background in customer service and technical support, beginning with roles as a Seasonal Cashier at Target and a Cashier at Giant Eagle, where Jennifer developed strong customer interaction skills. At The University of Akron, Jennifer served as a Student Assistant in the Science and Technology Library. Jennifer later advanced her career at OpenText, where Jennifer held multiple positions, including Lead Customer Advocate, Technical Support Manager, and Technical Support Lead, managing teams and coordinating client escalations while improving service delivery. Jennifer holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems from Youngstown State University and an M.B.A. in Management from The University of Akron.
