Lisa Joseph has extensive experience in accounts receivable and collections, having worked in various capacities since 2004. At IBM Canada Ltd., from September 2005 to September 2013, Lisa specialized in managing bankruptcy-related receivables while possessing a thorough understanding of the US Bankruptcy Protection Act. In the same organization, from March 2004 to April 2014, Lisa served as a Sensitive Accounts Receivable Representative, overseeing complex territories and achieving high targets for A/R clearing rates.
