Lisa Leonard

Lisa Leonard is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Manager at OpenText since December 2019, Lisa previously held the same title at Carbonite from 2016 until its acquisition by OpenText. Prior to that, Lisa was a Senior Human Resources Manager at Seagate Technology, contributing to the integration of EVault, which Lisa managed as a Senior HR Business Partner and Human Resources Director for three years before the merger. Lisa's earlier career includes pivotal roles at Intel, where Lisa supported over 800 employees, and at the Salt Lake Olympic Organizing Committee, managing HR functions for a venue staff of 2,500. Lisa holds an MBA from the University of Utah’s David Eccles School of Business and a BS in Marketing and International Business from the University of Colorado Boulder.
