Mark Morgan

Mark Morgan is an experienced professional with a diverse background in client management, forensic software deployment, and cybersecurity. Currently serving as a Senior Client Director at OpenText since October 2013, Mark oversees a team of over 3,000 consultants and manages relationships with more than 100,000 global customers, guiding business solutions from pre-sales to post-implementation. Previously, Mark held various leadership positions at Guidance Software, including Director of Professional Services and Principal Consultant, where responsibilities included managing forensic software projects and client training on software usage. Mark's career also includes significant roles at Paradigm Solutions, NCI Information Systems, and Computer Sciences Corporation in cybersecurity and computer forensics, along with investigative experience as a Special Agent for the Air Force Office of Special Investigations. Mark's educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Park University and an Associate of Arts in Criminal Justice from the Community College of the Air Force.
