Michael Cusson has a rich background in technical support and product specialization, with significant experience at Open Text from April 2006 to the present. As a Principal Product Specialist in the Escalations & Special Projects Team, Michael provided support to multi-national customers, focusing on Open Text's ECM software suite, and traveled extensively to assist with troubleshooting and user adoption. Michael also managed strategic accounts and mentored new employees on both technical and soft skills. Since February 2012, as a Lead Technical Consultant, Michael has continued to support the Open Text customer base through the Technical Services Organization, leveraging expertise in OpenText Content Server and project management. Prior to this, Michael served as a Technical Support/Systems Administrator at Sudbury Neutrino Lab.
