Michael Lenehan is an experienced IT architecture and technical support professional with a strong background in SAP solutions and administration. Currently serving as a Senior IT Architecture - Migration at SAP since October 2024 and as a Technical Support Lead at OpenText since February 2022, Michael has held various significant roles, including Principal Cloud Operations Engineer at Citrix, where responsibilities included managing production SAP operations and delivering high-value solutions. With earlier positions at T-Systems and Imtech ICT as a Senior SAP Basis Administrator, as well as experience in technical service delivery and consulting for major SAP implementations in sectors such as public health and manufacturing, Michael possesses extensive expertise across diverse platform environments. Michael holds a Graduate Diploma in Technical Communications from the University of Limerick and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Management and Information Systems from Dublin Business School.
