Michael Saam

Michael Saam is the Senior Manager of IT Operations at OpenText, where they manage a global 3rd level IT Operations team. With a strong background in Office 365, Exchange Hybrid deployment, and Active Directory, Michael has developed key competencies in accountability and innovation. Prior to their current role, they held various positions at OpenText and IXOS Software AG, including System Administrator and Team Leader, contributing to efficient and effective IT infrastructure management. Michael is currently pursuing education at Fachhochschule Schweinfurt.
