Nick Grist

Nick Grist is a seasoned corporate development professional currently serving as a Senior Manager at OpenText. Previously, they held various roles in corporate development at OpenText, including Senior Director and Director. Before joining OpenText, Nick advanced through the ranks at Micro Focus, where they were Senior Manager and Manager of Corporate Finance. Their career began at Deloitte, where they worked as an Assistant Director in Transaction Services. Nick holds an ACA from ICAEW and a degree in Economics from the University of Warwick.
