Niloy Mollah

Niloy Mollah has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment across various sectors, most notably within finance, accounting, and sales. From October 2018 to February 2020, Niloy served as a Human Capital Partner at Randstad Canada, focusing on both temporary and permanent placements. Prior experience includes roles as an Executive Recruitment Consultant at Mackenzie Stuart, specializing in mid to executive level recruitment for FMCG, Staffing Manager at Accountemps, and Talent Acquisition Specialist at Teleperformance and VON Canada. Notably, Niloy held the position of Lead Talent Acquisition Advisor at OpenText from July 2021 to May 2022. Niloy’s early career included a role as a Dispatch Officer at Toronto Rehabilitation Institute, where critical incident management was a key responsibility. Niloy holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resources from the University of Toronto, earned between 2016 and 2019.
