Rahim Jagan

Rahim Jagan is an accomplished professional in human resources and systems analysis with over 19 years of experience across diverse industries. Currently serving as Lead Systems Analyst at OpenText since June 2016, Rahim has held various roles that include Senior Systems Analyst and Systems Analyst focused on HR and Project Services Systems. Prior to OpenText, significant experience was gained at Merck Sharp & Dohme, where responsibilities as HR Business Partner and HRIS Manager included driving HR strategies and implementing SAP HR HCM Modules across regions in the Middle East, Europe, and Africa. Rahim's career began at The Aga Khan University as Senior Personnel Assistant. Academically, Rahim holds an MBA in Human Resources from the Institute of Business Management, a Bachelor of Commerce from Karachi University, and has completed the HR Bridging Program at Sheridan College.
