Richard Smallbone is a Principal UX Designer at OpenText with over twenty-five years of experience in product design. They have previously held positions as a Media Designer at IBM and as a UX Consultant/Art Director, where they created award-winning user experiences for a diverse range of clients. At OpenText, Richard currently leads design priorities across a global team and advocates for inclusivity and accessibility in all designs. Richard earned degrees in Illustration and Computer Graphics from Sheridan College.
