Lead Service Delivery Manager

Shaz Jamal is a highly experienced professional in service delivery and account management, currently serving as the Lead Service Delivery Manager at OpenText since July 2016. In this role, Shaz is responsible for managing various managed services customers, ensuring that all service level agreements (SLAs) are met for the customer service team.
