Stefanie Smith

Stefanie Smith, CHRL, currently serves as the Lead HR Operations Analyst for Risk and Compliance at OpenText, a position held since October 2011. Throughout this tenure, Stefanie has advanced through various roles including Manager of HR Compliance, Manager of HR Services, Senior Human Resources Generalist, and Bilingual Human Resource Generalist. Prior to OpenText, Stefanie worked as a Bilingual Customer Relations Consultant at Toyota Canada Inc. and as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at Sun Life Financial. Stefanie began professional experience at TD as a Customer Service Representative and completed a co-op placement as a Recruiting Assistant with the Waterloo Catholic District School Board. Educationally, Stefanie holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology from McMaster University and has furthered education at Conestoga College.
